If you have been admitted to a bar association as a European lawyer, you can apply for dismissal from the bar association at any time. You can apply to be admitted to the Bar Association again at any time.

• You may lodge an appeal against the refusal to withdraw your admission with the competent Bar Court within one month of service in writing or by means of an electronic document bearing a qualified electronic signature in accordance with the German Digital Signature Act (SigG) via the electronic court and administrative mailbox (sections 46a, paragraph 2, 112a paragraph 1, 112c paragraph 1 of the Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO), in conjunction with section 74 paragraph 1 sentence 2 of the Administrative Court Code (VwGO)).
