If you manufacture weapons commercially and/or trade in weapons, you must report the commencement or cessation of operations.
The commencement or cessation of the commercial manufacture of weapons and/or the arms trade must be reported to the competent authority.
The notification must be made by the holder of the weapons manufacturing licence or the arms trade licence to the weapons authority responsible for the location of the establishment.
