In order to prove that the processed personal data is incorrect or incomplete, it may be necessary to provide documents showing the correct data.

The prerequisites for a correction are, on the one hand, incorrect or incomplete data and, on the other hand, the unequivocal determination of the incorrectness or incompleteness.

You will be informed of the result of the examination of your request for rectification.

The registration authority will also inform those public bodies to which the incorrect or incomplete data has been transmitted as part of regular data transmissions in accordance with the Federal Registration Act.
