Intensive sozialpädagogische Einzelbetreuung beantragen

If you are a young person or young adult in a difficult family situation or socially disadvantaged, you can make use of intensive one-to-one socio-educational support.

Adolescents and young adults can take advantage of intensive individual socio-educational support. This is suitable if they have problems due to a difficult family situation or social disadvantage.

The individual support is intended to help those affected

• deal with their situation,
• develop self-confidence and perspectives and
• resolve conflicts independently.

Please clarify with the Youth Welfare Office which documents you need to submit.

Please contact the responsible youth welfare office. Adolescents and young adults can also contact the youth welfare office themselves. The youth welfare office will assess the case and decide whether intensive individual socio-educational support is a suitable measure. It will help you with the application and also advise you on other options for help.

If the help is approved, all parties involved will draw up a help plan together. This sets out the process, goals and duration of the help.

The youth welfare office will review the progress of the help in regular meetings.
