The statutory health insurance funds cover the costs of the vaccinations recommended by the Standing Committee on Vaccination (STIKO).
To ensure that you or your child are protected against infectious diseases, the statutory health insurance funds offer vaccinations as part of their benefits. Vaccination costs are covered by health insurance companies in accordance with the recommendations of the Standing Committee on Vaccination (STIKO).
You can have the vaccinations carried out by your family doctor or pediatrician.
You may have to pay for travel vaccinations yourself.
