Here you will find information on deletion from the list of architects of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate and on termination of membership of the Rhineland-Palatinate Chamber of Architects.
Under certain circumstances, the entry in the list of architects must be deleted. These include, for example, if the registered person is deceased, the registered person requests this or the registered person has neither a place of residence nor a place of business nor a place of predominant professional activity in Rhineland-Palatinate.
The fees are based on the statutes of the Rhineland-Palatinate Chamber of Architects.
The resignation of a member of the Chamber of Architects requires a written declaration (cf. Section 2 (3) of the Articles of Association of the Rhineland-Palatinate Chamber of Architects). In addition, the Chamber items (certificate of registration, Chamber stamp if applicable) must be returned to the office. There are no notice periods.
