The MdI's determination of a natural hazard event and the granting of emergency aid are published on the ADD Rhineland-Palatinate website and on the BKS-Portal Rhineland-Palatinate together with the deadline for submitting applications.
The districts and independent cities process the applications for emergency aid as quickly as possible after the application has been submitted and the necessary declarations have been made.
You must apply for financial aid within one month of the Ministry of the Interior and Sport identifying the natural hazard event.
Further information can be found on the website of the Supervisory and Service Directorate and on the BKS portal.
If you do not agree with the content and result of a rejection of a financial aid application (= administrative act / decision by the responsible authority), you can lodge an objection against this. Further details can be found in the decision.
