Do you come from an EU country or a country with equivalent status under EU law and want to work as an inspection expert for fire protection in Rhineland-Palatinate? If so, you must notify us in advance of the commencement of your activities and provide the required evidence.
Persons who come from another member state of the European Union or a state treated as such under the law of the European Communities and who wish to perform the work of a recognized fire safety inspection expert in Rhineland-Palatinate must meet the requirements of Section 12 (3) and (4) of the State Ordinance on Fire Safety Inspection Experts, provide the evidence required therein and notify the recognition authority in advance of their first activity in Rhineland-Palatinate.
The notification must be accompanied by the required information and evidence in accordance with Section 3 and Section 12 (3) and (4) of the State Ordinance on Fire Safety Inspection Experts.
In order to be allowed to report an activity in Rhineland-Palatinate, the requirements of § 12 Para. 3 and Para. 4 of the State Ordinance on Test Experts for Fire Protection must be fulfilled. In addition, persons according to § 12 para. 4 must fulfill requirements comparable to the requirements of § 2.
Fees in accordance with No. 3.4.5 of the Special List of Fees dated January 9, 2007 (GVBl. p. 22), as amended, in the current amount of EUR 50.00 to EUR 500.00 will be charged for the review of the notification.
Notification of the commencement of work as an inspection expert or inspection expert for fire protection must be submitted to the recognition authority in Rhineland-Palatinate.
The required evidence in accordance with Section 12 (3) and (4) of the State Ordinance on Test Experts for Fire Protection must be enclosed with the notification.
The accreditation authority checks the evidence and certifies that the requirements regarding proof of knowledge and the specific field of activity as well as the requirements of § 2 have been met.
Only after submission of the certificates from the recognition authority may the activity as an inspection expert or inspection expert for fire protection be carried out.
The notification must be made before the first activity in Rhineland-Palatinate.
For persons pursuant to Section 12 (3) and (4) of the State Ordinance on Fire Safety Inspection Experts, the evidence must be submitted to the recognition authority for examination. The latter shall examine the documents and, upon request, certify the equivalence and the requirements for recognition.
Notifications and certificates in accordance with paragraphs 3 and 4 are not required if a notification has already been made or a certificate has already been issued in another state of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Notification of the commencement of work as an inspection expert or inspection expert for fire protection must be submitted to the Ministry of Finance as the supreme building supervisory authority.
Notification of commencement of work as an inspection expert or inspection expert for fire protection in Rhineland-Palatinate must be submitted informally to the recognition authority.
