Prostitution establishments include buildings, individual rooms or other fixed facilities for the provision of sexual services. Permission to operate a prostitution establishment must be applied for.

Permission to operate a prostitution establishment can also be granted for a limited period of time.
A prostitution establishment must meet the following requirements

• adequate sanitary facilities
• suitable recreation and break rooms
• individually lockable storage facilities for personal belongings

The premises of a prostitution establishment used for sexual services must meet the following requirements:

• They must not be visible from the outside.
• They must have an appropriate emergency call system.
• It must be possible to open the doors from the inside at any time.
• They must not be used as a living room or bedroom.

• other documents and information required to prove that the license requirements have been met

• for a natural person:
  • Name,
  • date of birth and
  • address of the person for whom the permit is being applied for

• in the case of a legal entity or association of persons
  • Name of the company,
  • address,
  • number of the register sheet in the commercial register and
  • registered office of the company.

The fees incurred depend on the time required to process your application and amount to at least 390.00 euros.
