Organisation oder Durchführung einer Prostitutionsveranstaltung anzeigen

Prostitution events are events organized for an open circle of participants at which sexual services are offered by at least one of the persons directly present.
If you wish to organize or hold a prostitution event, you must notify the competent authority at the location of the event 4 weeks before the start of the event.
Prostitution events may only be held in suitable buildings, rooms and other fixed or mobile facilities (prostitution vehicles). The operating location and operating hours of the prostitution event must not conflict with the requirements for the protection of prostitutes working during the prostitution event, customers, young people, residents, neighbors and the general public. Otherwise, the organization and implementation of a prostitution event may be prohibited.

• Full name of the operator,
• Copy of the permit to organize or conduct prostitution events,
• if persons are to be used as representatives of the operator
  • First and last name and
  • Copy of the proxy permit
• the operating concept on which the permit is based
• the event concept relating to the respective event,
• Place and time of the event,
• the full name of the owner of the buildings, rooms or other fixed or mobile facilities used for the event and the owner's consent,
• the documents required to prove the minimum requirements regarding the nature of the facility used for the prostitution trade,
• Copies of the registration certificates or alias certificates of the prostitutes who are expected to work at the event,
• copies of the agreements concluded with the prostitutes,
• if a prostitution vehicle is used as an event venue, the valid operating license/operational capability of the vehicle is required

If you wish to report the organization and performance of prostitution events, you must:

• present a valid permit to organize or hold prostitution events.
• ensure that the operating hours and location comply with the legal requirements for the protection of all parties involved.
• have reached the age of 18. This also applies to your representative.

The prostitution event must be managed on site by the operator or the person nominated as deputy.

The fees incurred depend on the time required to process your application and amount to at least 80.00 euros.

If you do not report the organization or implementation of prostitution events, or do not do so correctly or completely, this is an administrative offence and can be punished with a fine.

Furthermore, the competent authority can prohibit the event in accordance with § 20 Para. 5 ProstSchG.

If you wish to organize or hold a prostitution event, you must notify the competent authority 4 weeks before the start of the event.
