Aufstellung eines Prostitutionsfahrzeugs anzeigen

The operation of a prostitution vehicle requires a permit.

Prostitution vehicles are motor vehicles, vehicle trailers and other mobile facilities that are made available for the provision of sexual services.
If you wish to set up a prostitution vehicle for operation in the local jurisdiction of an authority on more than two consecutive days or several times in one month, you must notify the competent authority.
The operating location and the operating hours of the prostitution vehicle must not conflict with the requirements for the protection of the prostitutes working in the prostitution vehicle, as well as the customers, for the protection of young people and local residents and the general public. Otherwise, the installation of the prostitution vehicle may be prohibited.

• First and last name of the vehicle owner and the full name of the operator of the prostitution vehicle,
• Copy of the permit for the provision of the prostitution vehicle, if applicable a copy of a deputy permit,
• valid operating license/proof of operational capability of the prostitution vehicle,
• the vehicle or ship registration number of the prostitution vehicle,
• current photos of the prostitution vehicle (exterior and interior view),
• exact details of the installation site,
• the duration of the installation,
• the operating hours,
• Copies of the registration certificates or alias certificates of the prostitutes working in the prostitution vehicle,
• Copies of the agreements concluded with the prostitutes

If you wish to report the provision of a prostitution vehicle, you must:

• present a valid permit for the operation of a prostitution business.
• ensure that the operating hours and the operating location comply with the legal requirements for the protection of all parties involved.
• have reached the age of 18.

The fees incurred depend on the time required to process your application and amount to at least 80.00 euros.

If you do not report the installation of a prostitution vehicle, or do not report it correctly or completely, this is an administrative offense and can be punished with a fine.

Furthermore, the competent authority can prohibit the installation in accordance with §21 Para. 5 ProstSchG.

If you want to set up a prostitution vehicle for operation on more than two consecutive days or several times in one month, you must notify the competent authority.
