You must notify the responsible office of a blasting with explosive substances.

If explosives are to be used, the person responsible in accordance with the Explosives Act must notify the competent authority.

If there are any changes to the contents of the notification or the documents after the notification has been made, this must also be notified.

There are no fees to pay.

The notification must be received by the competent authority in good time, in the case of single blasts at the latest one week, in the case of several blasts of the same type at the latest four weeks before the intended blasting date.

It is recommended to contact the regulatory authorities and the police as well as the affected residents in good time.
