You need a travel trade card for a travel trade. You can change or extend the activities listed in the travel trade card at the competent authority.

If you operate as a showman, "flying trader" or owner of a market stall, i.e. if you offer your services or goods at constantly changing locations, you are operating a travel trade. For this purpose, you need a travel trade card.

• Proof of showman's liability insurance, if applicable

You must already be in possession of a travel business card.

Fees are charged in accordance with the state's fee ordinance.

You can apply to your municipality or city administration for the subsequent inclusion, amendment and addition of conditions to your travel business card. To do this, contact the municipality or city administration in which you have your usual place of residence or in which the future business will have its registered office.

The processing time is approximately 1 - 3 weeks, if all documents are complete.
