Requirements

• There are no facts that make the applicant (in the case of legal entities, the persons authorized to represent them according to the law or the articles of association) and the training personnel appear unreliable for first aid training.
• The qualification for the training personnel is proven.
• Suitable training rooms and the necessary teaching materials for theoretical instruction and practical exercises are available.

Recognition may be granted for a limited period and may be subject to conditions (in particular with regard to the further training of the persons involved in the training).

The fee according to No. 214.3 Gebührenordnung für Maßnahmen im Straßenverkehr (GebOSt) is 153,39 Euro (including the acceptance on site).

The processing time is approximately 6 weeks (including on-site acceptance).

It is recommended that a personal meeting be held at the Thuringian State Administration Office prior to submitting the application. Only after all required documents have been submitted will the on-site inspection take place.

The official recognition is only valid for the territory of the Free State of Thuringia.
