Your responsible chamber of commerce can issue you a membership certificate for your member companies as proof of registration with the HWK. You must apply for this.

The membership certificate is a document issued by the Chamber of Skilled Crafts and Small Businesses that contains details of the skilled crafts enterprise, such as the enterprise name, enterprise address, membership number and the registered crafts or crafts-like trades in accordance with Annex A or Annex B of the Crafts Code.

Upon request or informal application, the Chamber of Skilled Crafts issues a membership certificate to its member companies as proof of registration.

The fees are based on the schedule of fees and charges of the responsible Chamber of Crafts.

For the processing of your request, it is very helpful to name your membership number at the responsible Chamber of Crafts, which can be found on your craft or trade card.
