1. the name, domicile or registered office of the applicant, in the case of legal entities and companies under commercial law also the name and domicile of the persons authorized to represent the company,

2. a declaration by the applicant, and in the case of legal entities and companies under commercial law by the persons authorized to represent the company, of any pending criminal proceedings and of the fact that certificates of good conduct have been applied for submission to the licensing authority in accordance with Section 30 (5) of the Federal Central Register Act,

3. information on the purpose of the company,

4. information on the waters to be navigated, the intended landing stages and proof that the landing stages intended for use ensure safe use,

5. the names of the sailing personnel, indicating their respective permits, authorizations and qualifications,

6. information on the use of the watercraft(s),

7. proof that the respective watercraft complies with the construction regulations and other requirements of the Inland Navigation Inspection Regulations,

8. proof that the prescribed insurances have been taken out.
