If they meet the relevant requirements, full-time and part-time farmers can apply for basic income support, redistributive income support, young farmer income support, coupled income support and eco-schemes via a collective application.

Direct payments are area-based income subsidies that are decoupled or linked to the number of animals and specific payments for climate and the environment (eco-schemes) for agricultural enterprises.

Registration in PORTIA takes place via eID of the ID card via the Thuringian service account. The application is made and submitted completely online in the portal.
