You would like to work independently as a member of a legally regulated medical and non-medical health profession in the Free State of Thuringia.

Costs may be incurred in accordance with the fee schedule of the responsible health authority in the currently valid version.

If you take up self-employment in a healthcare profession, notify us in writing:

• Create the notification.
• Attach the necessary documents.
• Submit the notification and the certified copy of the professional certificate to your local health authority in person or in writing.
• Submit the notification and the certified license (Heilpraktikerin or Heilpraktiker) to the health authority responsible for you in person or in writing.
  

The notification must be made before the professional activity is exercised for the first time. Notification of termination or changes of name and address of the professional activity must be made immediately.
