If a circumstance requiring notification is discovered after the four-week deadline, it is sufficient to notify the authority immediately after becoming aware of it. If the circumstance requiring notification in the case of mobile and temporary water supply systems is caused by emergency response, civil defense or defense measures, the notification can be made immediately after the end of these measures.
