If the child's passport expires, you as the legal guardian can apply for an extension.

From January 1, 2024, it will no longer be possible to apply for a child's passport.You can have your child's passport extended and amended before it expires. In addition to the photo, information on height and, if applicable, eye color will also be corrected.
