You can apply for a permit in justified exceptional cases.

Proof of sufficient liability insurance for personal injury and property damage

Technical data sheet of the unmanned aerial vehicle system

Informal declaration of consent of the landowner for take-off and landing

General map of the flight area

If applicable, risk assessment and evidence as well as documents according to SORA-GER (SORA is used as a multi-stage process of risk assessment and is intended to improve safety through the use of drones).

You must demonstrate that compliance with the specific provisions of the legal basis is not possible and that you have a legitimate interest in UAS operation that goes beyond this.

Individual permit: fees in the amount of 50 €

General permit: fees in the amount of 150,00 €
