Experts who are licensed to monitor specialized waste management companies in accordance with the Ordinance on Specialized Waste Management Companies (Entsorgungsfachbetriebeverordnung) are also suitable for carrying out third-party inspections.

The notification may be subject to incidental provisions.

• Declaration of exemption from any liability of the foreign inspector's activity towards the country in which he/she operates
• Description of the control and monitoring methods applied.

Bodies to be notified for third-party inspection must have the reliability, independence and expertise required for their activities.

Suitable for carrying out the external inspection are also the experts who are approved for the supervision of waste management companies according to the Ordinance on Specialized Waste Management Companies (Entsorgungsfachbetriebeverordnung).

Costs of between 500.00 euros and 1,800 euros are incurred.
