The competent authority must be notified immediately of an accident in which a person has been killed or seriously injured.
The notification must contain the following information:
- Details of the person,
- their area of work,
- description of the accident
- Use of work equipment Display accident
- Notification of persons who have died or been seriously injured
- Notification is free of charge and can be made online
- Responsibility: respective regional inspection of the Thuringian State Office for Consumer Protection.
