If damage has occurred in your plant due to the failure of components or safety-related equipment, you must report this to the responsible authority.
The competent authority must be notified without delay of any cases of damage in which components or safety-related equipment have failed.
The report must contain the following information:
- Description of how the accident occurred,
- the failure of the components/safety equipment
- Use of work equipment Display damage
- Display requires information
- Description of the course of the accident,
- Failure of components/safety equipment
- Responsibility: respective regional inspection of the Thuringian State Office for Consumer Protection.
