As heirs, legatees and beneficiaries of a condition, you acquire and possess the weapon legally, even if a weapons law permit has not yet been issued. However, you must apply for the issuance of the permit in due time. You will receive the permit if the decedent was the authorized owner and you are reliable and personally suitable. A locking system is not required if, for example, you are the authorized owner of a firearm requiring a permit as a hunter or marksman or markswoman.
