If you want to set up a prostitution vehicle, then you must notify the competent authority.

If you intend to set up a prostitution vehicle for operation on more than two consecutive days or several times in a month, you must notify the competent authority.

Prostitution vehicles are motor vehicles, vehicle trailers and other mobile equipment provided for the provision of sexual services.

You must attach the following documents or evidence to the notification:

• the first and last name of the owner of the vehicle and the full name of the operator of the prostitution vehicle,

• a copy of the permit to provide the prostitution vehicle,

• the motor vehicle or vessel registration number of the prostitution vehicle,

• the exact indication of the place of installation,

• the duration of the installation,

• the hours of operation,

• Copies of the registration certificates or alias certificates of the prostitutes operating in the prostitution vehicle; and

• Copies of the agreements entered into with the prostitutes.

• You must be in possession of a valid permit to operate a prostitution business.
• You must have the required reliability.
• Regulations for the protection of all parties involved with regard to the place of operation, hours of operation and the legal requirements for the corresponding vehicle must be observed.

The issuance of a permit requires an application:

• Application to the competent authority using the prescribed forms and enclosing the required documents.
• The submitted documents are checked for completeness and conclusiveness.
• If necessary, additional documents will be requested.
• If necessary, a site visit is arranged.
• A personal meeting is regularly arranged.
• If all requirements are met, the permit is issued. The applicant receives a notice of approval.

Otherwise, a notice of refusal is issued.

You must notify the installation of the vehicle two weeks before installation.
