- At least nine years of experience as an engineer in civil engineering, including at least three years in earthwork and foundation engineering in the preparation or assessment of stability certificates.
- Proof of special expertise in earthwork and foundation engineering (to be provided in the course of the recognition procedure in the form of an expert opinion)
- no participation in a company of the construction industry or in a drilling company
