• Information on autonomous and independent activity as well as on participations in companies or enterprises
• Proof of professional experience and involvement in the preparation or assessment of stability certificates in earthwork and foundation engineering
• List of all geotechnical reports prepared within the last 2 years prior to application, including 10 reports with above-average requirements and 2 complete reports on earthworks and foundation engineering topics.

• Completion of an engineering degree in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering or a course of study with a focus on engineering geology at a German university or an equivalent degree at a foreign university or at another equivalent foreign institution
• At least nine years of experience as an engineer in civil engineering, including at least three years in earthwork and foundation engineering in the preparation or assessment of stability certificates.
• Proof of special expertise in earthwork and foundation engineering (to be provided in the course of the recognition procedure in the form of an expert opinion)
• no participation in a company of the construction industry or in a drilling company
