Thüringen Dynamik is a loan program that enables small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups to grow successfully. It enables the long-term financing of investments of up to 2 million euros at particularly favorable conditions.
Object of the funding:
In terms of its financing, THÜRINGEN-DYNAMIK is a "sustainable funding product": The program is fed from a revolving fund, 80 percent of which is financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). Interest and repayments flow back into this fund and are thus once again available for economic development in Thuringia.
The loan fund is intended to contribute to the following output indicators in the "Operational Program Thuringia ERDF 2014-2020" to achieve the objectives in Priority Axis 2 - Strengthening the competitiveness of companies:
- Loan support for 240 companies
- Further private investment in the amount of EUR 215 million to leverage the fund resources
- Creation of 2,200 additional jobs together with the Thüringen-Invest funding program
On behalf of the Thuringian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Science and Digital Society (TMWWDG), the Thüringer Aufbaubank grants low-interest loans for
- all new tangible and intangible business assets to be acquired as part of a project as well as for modernization and maintenance expenses,
- Purchase of business shares (share deals) and for asset deals in the context of company successions
Scope of the funding:
- Maximum financing amount: 2 million euros per applicant per calendar year.
- It is possible to apply for a 50 percent exemption from liability at the same time.
Application documents can be downloaded from the Thüringer Aufbaubank website.
- You own a small or medium-sized business in the commercial sector, the tourism and accommodation industry or the service sector.
- You practise a business-related liberal profession.
- You are a business founder in the aforementioned sectors and a natural person for the acquisition of a business share.
Applications are submitted via your house bank.
In principle, applications must be submitted before the start of the project. The start of the project is deemed to be the initiation of binding supply and service contracts/orders.
Two weeks after the completeness of the documents.
Not eligible to apply:
- Companies that cannot receive aid under the General Block Exemption Regulation (GBER) pursuant to Article 1 (2-5) or de minimis aid pursuant to Article 1 (1) of the de minimis Regulation (this includes primary agricultural production, fisheries and aquaculture)
- Companies in the food processing industry, provided that the production/processing results in products that are part of Annex I of the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU (TFEU), with the exception of small and medium-sized enterprises in the butcher's trade,
- Companies/freelance professions in forestry (NACE 02.1), health, veterinary and social services, pharmacies, lawyers, credit institutions and insurance companies or related activities,
- Enterprises in difficulty within the meaning of paragraph 24 in conjunction with paragraph 20 of the Point 20 of the Guidelines on State aid for rescuing and restructuring non-financial undertakings in difficulty or pursuant to Art. 2 No. 18 of the GBER,
- Companies that have not complied with a recovery order based on an earlier Commission decision declaring aid inadmissible and incompatible with the internal market.
