If a training relationship in your company changes, is terminated or dissolved, you must notify the relevant office immediately.

The Chamber of Skilled Crafts maintains the "Register of Registered Vocational Training Relationships" - the Apprenticeship Register - to regulate, monitor, promote and provide evidence of vocational training in recognized training occupations.

If the vocational training relationship is terminated, dissolved or the training contract is amended, this must be reported immediately in writing to the responsible Chamber of Skilled Crafts in accordance with the Vocational Training Act so that it can delete the entry in the register of vocational training relationships or update the register.

Evidence of the reason for the change: such as report cards, evidence of absences, termination, severance agreement, and the like.

Whether and to what extent fees are incurred is governed by the schedule of fees and charges of the relevant Chamber of Crafts.

The Chamber of Skilled Crafts advises apprentices, legal representatives and training companies on the subject of vocational training.

• If the vocational training relationship is terminated, dissolved or the training contract is amended, the competent Chamber of Skilled Crafts must be notified immediately in writing in accordance with the Vocational Training Act so that it can delete the entry in the register of vocational training relationships or update the register.
• Proof of the change, deletion, etc. must be enclosed.
