If you wish to offer distance learning courses that are solely for recreational or entertainment purposes, then you must notify the relevant authority.
No approval is required for distance learning courses that are intended solely for leisure and entertainment purposes. However, the distribution of these so-called hobby courses must be reported to the State Central Office for Distance Learning.
Even in the case of these so-called hobby courses, the form of the contract, advertising and information, and possibly the use of representatives must comply with the requirements of the Distance Learning Protection Act.
