In order to be recognized as a mine surveyor, you must

If the training and examination are not equivalent, recognition may be made dependent on completion of supplementary training and passing of an additional examination.

In Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, fees in the amount of 153.00 euros are incurred for the recognition as a marker in accordance with fee item 5.1 of the Mining Costs Ordinance.

The application for recognition as a mine surveyor must be submitted in writing to the Stralsund Mining Authority. The recognition procedure may be handled by a single office in accordance with Section 1 (1) of the Single Point of Contact Establishment Act. § Section 42a of the State Administrative Procedures Act on the deemed approval shall apply with the proviso that the period pursuant to Section 42a (2) of the State Administrative Procedures Act shall commence upon receipt by the Stralsund Mining Authority of the certificate of good conduct to be applied for pursuant to subsection (3) number 4.
