Betriebsgenehmigung eines Energieversorgungsnetzes beantragen

If you intend to operate an energy supply network, you need permission from the authority responsible under state law.

Prerequisites:
You have the

• personnel, technical and economic capacity and
• reliability,

to guarantee network operation in the long term in accordance with legal requirements.

• Information on the network (acquisition, construction of a new network, investments, network capacity, presentation of the network)
• Information about the customers whose supply is to be taken up
• Information on the gas/electricity supply of the customers
• Proof of the legal form of the company (excerpt from the commercial register, articles of association)
• Documents on personnel and technical capabilities (organization chart with number of employees and their qualifications, technical equipment (see VDN Guideline S-1000 or DVGW Worksheet G 1000), presentation of contracts with subcontractors
• Presentation of a profit and loss forecast (investments and depreciation, capital and finance plan, operating expenses, profit and loss account)
• Documents on economic performance (proof of equity capital, shareholdings in the company, last profit and loss account)

Fee range: 250 - 3.200 Euro

Approval must be obtained prior to commencement of network operation.

An action against the decision may be brought before the competent administrative court within one month of its notification, either in writing or on the record of the clerk of the court's office.
