Löschung der Eintragung aus den Listen oder Verzeichnissen der Ingenieurkammer M-V beantragen

If you no longer work as an engineer in a particular field, you must apply to the Chamber of Engineers to be removed from the list.

The entry must be deleted from the lists/directories at the Chamber of Engineers if

• the registered person requests this,
• the registered person is deceased,
• the registered person has given up his or her residence, place of business or employment in the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern,
• the registered person is no longer working autonomously and independently,
• adequate liability insurance no longer exists,
• facts arise or become known after registration which would lead to a refusal of registration in the registration procedure, or
• it subsequently transpires that the conditions for registration were not met and were not met at the time of the decision on deletion.
  

The registration can also be canceled if

• grounds for refusal pursuant to Section 11 (2) have arisen or become known after registration and no more than five years have passed since their occurrence, or

• the obligation to pay the amount has repeatedly not been met despite repeated requests to do so.
  

The certificate of registration and the chamber stamp must be returned after deletion.

• Proof of termination of employment (e.g. pension certificate, death certificate, termination of professional liability insurance)
• Original certificate of registration
• Chamber stamp

Cancellation fee due to discontinuation of the registration requirements: EUR 0.00 - 100.00

The application for deletion of an entry in a list or directory must be submitted in writing or electronically to the Chamber of Engineers.

• Enclose a statement of reasons with the application.
• Please return the original registration certificate and the Chamber stamp.
• You will receive a notification from the Chamber of Engineers regarding the deletion of your registration.

If the deletion of your registration is initiated by the Chamber of Engineers, you will receive a notification from the registration committee.
