Would you like to organize or hold a prostitution event? Then you must notify the competent authority in addition to your existing permit in accordance with § 12 ProstSchG.

If you wish to organize or hold a prostitution event, you must notify the competent authority at least four weeks before the start of the event.

Prostitution events are events aimed at an open circle of participants at which sexual services are offered by at least one of the persons present.

Prostitution events may only be held in suitable buildings, rooms and other fixed or mobile facilities. The operating location and operating hours of the prostitution event must not conflict with the requirements for the protection of persons offering sexual services during the prostitution event, customers, young people, residents, neighbors and the general public. If protection is not guaranteed, the competent authority may prohibit prostitution events.

Please note that a permit in accordance with Section 12 of the Prostitution Protection Act (ProstSchG) is also required to hold a prostitution event.

• Copies of the agreements concluded with the prostitutes

If you wish to report the organization and performance of prostitution events, you must:

• have a valid permit to organize or hold prostitution events.
• have reached the age of 18. This also applies to your representative.
• The prostitution event must be managed on site by the operator or the person appointed as deputy (event management).

In addition

• an event concept must be drawn up before each individual prostitution event, which describes the spatial, organizational and temporal framework conditions of the respective event and specifies the explanations of the operating concept, and
• the buildings, rooms and other fixed or mobile facilities intended for the event meet the minimum requirements for facilities used for the prostitution trade pursuant to § 18 or 19 ProstSchG and must not conflict with the grounds for refusal pursuant to § 14 Para. 2 ProstSchG

Is based on the respective administrative fee schedule of the federal state or on the fee statutes of the authorities responsible under federal state law.

You submit the notification and all documents to the competent body.

The competent authority checks the documents.

If you do not meet the requirements, the competent authority may prohibit the reported prostitution event from taking place.

If the documents are complete, the notification will be processed promptly.

Prostitution events must be reported to the competent authority at least four weeks before they begin.

Without an underlying permit in accordance with § 12 ProstSchG, the notification of a prostitution event cannot be processed.
