Once construction is complete, submit the survey data to the aviation authority immediately. The aviation authority transmits the data to an air traffic control organization. The air traffic control organization publishes the survey data of the air traffic obstruction.

When you are finished with the construction, provide the aviation authority with the actual survey data of the obstruction. If you do not immediately submit the notification of the start of construction to the aviation authority, administrative offense proceedings may be initiated against you.
