A change of name or address of the dog owner must be reported to the responsible municipality of residence.
If the dog owner's name changes, for example due to marriage or divorce, the competent municipality of residence must be notified of the new name.
If a dog owner moves within the municipality of residence, the change of address must be reported to the authority responsible for the dog tax. If a dog owner moves out of the municipality of residence, the dog or dogs must be deregistered and registered in the new municipality.
