Persons authorized to hunt may issue a hunting permit to hunting guests. A hunting guest is not an authorized hunter within the meaning of the hunting law.
A hunting permit for which a fee is payable must be reported to the lower hunting authority of the locally responsible district or independent city (place of residence).
The hunting authority may restrict or prohibit the admission of hunting guests for reasons of hunting management.
Notification to the lower hunting authority and entry in the hunting license for hunting permit holders living in the area of responsibility
