• Consent of the affected property owners or the organization managing the areas with their contact details.
• Consent, declaration of no objection from the regulatory authority (Ordnungsamt) with their contact details.
• Consent of the lower nature conservation authority with their contact details, if the area is located in or close to a nature conservation area
• Graphical representation (map excerpt with markings) of the area, if it is not an airfield authorized according to § 6 LuftVG

Fee range: EUR 30.00 - EUR 500.00
The amount is based on the administrative effort, scope and importance of the permit, economic value or benefit for the applicant, actual expenses for third-party statements.

The application should be submitted at least two weeks before the event date.
