The competent authority in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is the State Office for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Geology. The notification is published for the entire federal territory in the official gazette of the federal state in which you submit the application for notification.
You will be notified if you have the necessary expertise, independence, reliability and technical equipment.
As a notified body, you may carry out third-party inspections throughout Germany.
Certificates issued abroad will be recognized if they are equivalent in accordance with Section 11 (5) GewAbfV.
