Anyone wishing to offer low-threshold care services for people in need of care must first have them recognized. The application for recognition of services in accordance with § 45a SGB XI is made individually in the federal state in which the service is provided.

• support the beneficiaries in organizing individually required assistance on their own responsibility,
• relieve the burden on relatives or persons similarly close to them in their capacity as caregivers and provide them with advisory support.
