To protect you or your child from infectious diseases, the statutory health insurance funds offer vaccinations as part of their benefits. The health insurance funds cover the costs of vaccinations in accordance with the recommendations of the Standing Commission on Vaccination (STIKO).
The vaccinations can be carried out by your family doctor or pediatrician.
For travel vaccinations, you may have to bear the costs yourself.
