Eintragung in die Liste der Tragwerksplaner der Ingenieurkammer M-V beantragen

Anyone who is entered in the list of structural engineers maintained by the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Chamber of Engineers is authorized to prepare stability certificates in accordance with Section 66 (2) of the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern State Building Code.

Anyone who fulfills the requirements stipulated in Section 66 (2) sentence 1 of the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern State Building Code shall be entered on application in the list of structural engineers maintained by the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Chamber of Engineers.

Engineers who are established in another member state of the European Union or in a state with equivalent status under European Community law for the preparation of stability certificates are authorized to prepare stability certificates without being entered in the list in accordance with Section 66 (2) sentence 1 of the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern State Building Regulations if they meet the requirements prescribed in Section 66 (2) sentence 5 of the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern State Building Regulations.

The application for entry in the list of structural engineers must be accompanied by the following documents:

• Certificate of completion of a degree in structural engineering or civil engineering,
• Proof of practical experience in the field of structural engineering of at least three years,
• Reference list with own structural designs,
• three structural designs prepared by yourself,
• Police clearance certificate (not older than 6 months),
• curriculum vitae in tabular form.

The requirements for entry in the list of structural engineers are

• a professionally qualifying university degree in architecture, structural engineering or civil engineering,
• at least three years of professional experience in structural engineering,
• Proof of the reliability required for the job
• confirmation of sufficient liability insurance.

Registration fee EUR 125.00
Deletion fee EUR 100.00

Annual listing fee for structural engineers who are members of the Chamber of Engineers of another federal state: EUR 50.00

Note: If there are reasonable doubts or if absolutely necessary, certified copies can be requested from the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Chamber of Engineers.

The application is deemed to have been approved if no decision has been made on it within the relevant deadline in accordance with Section 9 (2) sentence 2 of the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Architects' and Engineers' Act (ArchIngG M-V).

The Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Chamber of Architects also maintains a list of structural engineers.
