Eintragung in die Liste der bauvorlageberechtigten Ingenieure der Ingenieurkammer M-V beantragen

For the construction and alteration of buildings that are not exempt from procedures, the building documents must be signed by a designer who is authorized to submit building documents.

Anyone who is entered in the list of authorized building designers maintained by the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Chamber of Engineers (entries from other states are also valid in the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) and who can prove that they have a professionally qualifying university degree in architecture, structural engineering or civil engineering, have then been practically active in the field of design planning for buildings for at least two years and are employees of a legal entity under public law for the official activity.

The following documents must be enclosed with the application for entry in the list of engineers authorized to submit building plans:

• Certificate of completion of studies in the field of structural engineering or civil engineering,
• Proof of practical experience in the field of design planning of buildings for at least two years,
• Reference list with own design plans,
• three design plans drawn up by yourself,
• Police clearance certificate (not older than 6 months),
• curriculum vitae in tabular form.

Prerequisites for entry in the list of engineers authorized to submit building plans are

• a professionally qualifying university degree in structural engineering or civil engineering,
• followed by at least two years of practical experience in the field of building design planning and
• Proof of the reliability required for the job
• Proof of sufficient professional liability insurance.

Registration fee EUR 125.00

Deletion fee EUR 100.00

• Decision of the registration committee

Note: If there are reasonable doubts or if absolutely necessary, certified copies can be requested from the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Chamber of Engineers.
