Eintragung in das Gesellschaftsverzeichnis der Architektenkammer M-V beantragen

The professional titles (landscape/interior) architect, urban planner may only be used in the name or in the company name of a company if the company is registered in the register of companies of the Chamber of Architects of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

Only companies registered in the register of the Chamber of Architects of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern may use the protected professional titles architect, interior architect, landscape architect and urban planner in their name or company name.

• publicly certified copy of the partnership agreement/articles of association/or partnership agreement
• Application for registration with the registry court or registration notice from the registry court
• List of partners
• current insurance confirmation according to § 30 ArchIngG MV

• Domicile in the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
• Existence of sufficient liability insurance in accordance with § 30, evidenced by an insurance certificate from the insurer
• The articles of association or the statutes must stipulate that

1. The object of the company is the performance of the professional duties pursuant to §§ 1 or 5 (2),
   
2. in the cases referred to in paragraph 1
   a) sentence 1 the members of the profession pursuant to § 2 or
   b) sentence 2 the consulting engineers hold more than half of the capital and the voting shares and the other shares are held by natural persons who, due to their professional training, can contribute to the achievement of the purpose of the company; the professional affiliation of the shareholders who hold at least one quarter of the capital and the voting shares in the company shall be indicated in a suitable manner,
   
3. the majority of the persons authorized to manage the company are professionals in accordance with Section 2 (in the cases of Paragraph 1 Sentence 1) or consulting engineers (in the cases of Paragraph 1 Sentence 2) and it is ensured that the company is managed responsibly by these professionals,
   
4. capital shares in the company are not held for the account of third parties and voting rights may not be exercised for or by third parties,
   
5. in the case of stock corporations and partnerships limited by shares, the shares are registered,
   
6. the transfer of capital and business shares is subject to the consent of all shareholders, and
   
7. the professional duties applicable to the members of the profession pursuant to Section 29 are observed by the company.

Numbers 1 to 6 do not apply to partnership companies.

• for corporations: EUR 1,025.00
• for partner companies: EUR 510.00
