If you manufacture weapons commercially and/or trade in weapons, you must report the commencement or cessation of operations.
The competent authority must be notified of the commencement or cessation of the commercial manufacture and/or trade of weapons.
The notification must be made by the holder of the weapons manufacturing license or the weapons trading license to the weapons authority responsible for the location of the business premises.
