Ausstellung von Freiverkaufszertifikaten von Medizinprodukten für Exportzwecke beantragen

At the request of a manufacturer or authorized representative, the competent authority for export issues a certificate of marketability of the medical device in Germany.

A certificate of marketability of a medical device for export to non-EU countries is issued upon application by the State Office for Health and Social Affairs (LAGuS).

The fee range for a certificate for the export of medical devices (certificate of free sale) is EUR 130.00 - 600.00 according to tariff item 1.3 of the Medical Device Costs Ordinance .

A product list in German and English must be submitted with the application. If you use your own product list, please ensure that the product details are complete in accordance with the sample template.
