Temporary structures are structures that are suitable and intended to be repeatedly erected and dismantled at different locations (e.g. fairground rides, tents, etc.). A so-called construction permit is required for the erection and use of temporary structures.
Without prejudice to other regulations, temporary structures that require a building permit may only be put into use if the building supervisory authority at the installation site has been notified of their installation and the inspection book has been submitted and the temporary structures have been approved by the authority (acceptance for use).
Depending on the type of installation and design, the implementation permit is valid for between one and five years and can be extended. Construction permits from other federal states are also valid in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
The execution permit is entered in an inspection logbook. The construction documents with the approval note must be attached to the inspection logbook. Before a temporary structure is to be put into operation, the responsible lower building supervisory authority at the installation site must be notified and the inspection logbook must be submitted.
Construction permits are issued (in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) by TÜV Süd Industrie Service GmbH.
The competent authority for notification before erection of a temporary structure and its acceptance for use is the local building supervisory authority.
