The deletion of the entry from the respective list of architects leads to the loss of the authorization to submit building plans and the right to use the professional title of architect, landscape architect, interior architect or urban planner.

• Deletion procedure according to § 12 paragraph 1 ArchIngG Mecklenburg-Vorpommern on own application: 105,00 Euro

• Deletion from the list of architects and urban planners is carried out upon application.
• The application must be submitted informally.
• The date on which the application is received by the Chamber of Architects is also the date of deletion.
• Upon receipt of the application for deletion, the member concerned will receive a letter from the Chamber of Architects explaining the consequences of deletion.
• If the member expressly maintains his/her application or does not respond, the deletion will be carried out after 14 days from the date of receipt of the application for deletion.
• The applicant will receive notification of the deletion.
