The offer of the help telephone is barrier-free and multilingual. Telephone advice, information and, if necessary, on-site support facilities are provided by qualified female specialists. The assistance is anonymous and confidential and is also offered via chat and e-mail.

Hearing impaired or hard of hearing can use an interpreting service free of charge, which translates the conversation with the employees of the help telephone into German sign or written language.
