Citizens have the opportunity to comment on and discuss the land use plan during the early public participation period. During the subsequent one-month public display, there is the opportunity to obtain information on the intended urban development and to submit comments. Once the land use plan has been published, citizens can obtain information at any time.
Children and young people are also part of the public.

The citizen does not require any documents.

The procedure stipulated by law must be followed (see procedure).

The costs for the land use plan are to be borne by the municipality.
There are no costs for citizens.

Citizens must pay attention to the date of the early public participation and the date of the public display of the land use plan. Both dates will be announced in the usual manner.

Citizens can obtain information on the land use plan. This is possible during the early public participation period and during the one-month public exhibition. After the land use plan has been published, citizens can obtain information at any time.
